Job Overview

As a Cashier at the Marvin Home Center, you will be part of a team providing exceptional customer service. Ensuring customers have a positive experience will be your top priority, our goal at the Marvin Home Center is to help our guests in any way we can.

Highlights of your role

  • Assist customers with purchasing merchandise and processing transactions
  • Handle any customer inquiries and concerns in a positive manner
  • Stock inventory, including returning merchandise to the appropriate location
  • Ensure the store remains clean and organized 
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the Marvin Home Center

Compensation

$10.50 - $14.50 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • A friendly and approachable attitude 
  • The ability and willingness to work in a group setting and positively contribute to a smoothly flowing experience for all customers
  • Prior customer service experience or experience as a cashier
  • The ability to spend an extended period of time working in a standing position
  • Punctuality and accountability when arriving at work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • You'll enjoy a flexible schedule in this role. Applicants must be 14 years of age or older.
