Highlights of your role

  • Assist in the design and documentation of updated control systems to replace legacy equipment.
  • Research, trace, and document electronic components and wiring associated with critical safety controls.
  • Support the development of data tracking systems through SQL backend programming and Ignition front-end interface design.
  • Become intimately familiar with a variety of electronic products, and how they are implemented into our manufacturing process.

Compensation

$21.34 - $28.47 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Progress toward earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software and basic programming experience with Python, Java, or similar.
  • Understanding of electrical control systems, including basic components such as relays, contactors, sensors, and safety circuits.

Also want to make sure you have

  • Familiarity with database structure, especially with respect to data collection, analysis, and reporting (experience with Microsoft SQL preferred).
  • Exposure to HMI/SCADA systems and database-driven user interfaces is preferred.
