Job Overview

A working partner that will perform complex work involving considerable adjusting or aligning and application of knowledge of process variables to produce a painted product that complies with quality guidelines. 

Highlights of your role

  • Document control and programming for Deimco settings and recipes. 
  • Design and assist in fabrication of coating equipment such as flow coaters. 
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, communicate and work with internal customers, vendors, and maintenance department in problem solving equipment issues.
  • Develop preventive maintenance program and perform scheduled maintenance of Deimco equipment and spray booths.
  • Create, submit and manage work orders, purchase requests and PM schedules utilizing the Marvin Maintenance System (EAM).
  • Develop, support document control of and provide training for standard work procedures.
  • Organize and maintain the Paint Tech area, including creating and maintaining spare and consumable parts.
  • Assist leads in designing 5S stations for production including replenishment plans for cleaning supplies and required tools.
  • Check for quality accuracy based on the quality guidelines.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Also want to make sure you have

  • Working knowledge for fluid delivery systems, electrical control systems, and automated equipment systems/roboticsFormal training may be provided but prior experience would be preferred. 
  • Use of machinery and essential tools including electric, manual, and air tools 
  • Use of essential precision measuring equipment 
  • Possess a wide knowledge of product and terminology
